Truly a 5 star company! They did an excellent job cleaning the carpets and when completed, they literally looked brand new (our carpeting is 9 years old). Fantastic job! They were on time for the appointment and right at the price I was quoted over the phone. This was my first time getting my carpet cleaned by Heaven's Best but it won't be my last. Before, when I'd have my carpet done by a steam company, there was always a musty smell after they were finished. Now, my carpet is clean! After this experience, I will never let anyone soak my carpet with water and who knows what?!
